Restaurant Reservations and Dining Policies

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made through the website or by phone at +1 587 814 6253. We recommend booking in advance, especially for dinner service. A credit card may be required to secure reservations for larger parties.

  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Large group bookings may require a deposit.

Dining Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. MAPLE HEARTH ROOM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or violates these terms.

  • Dress code: smart casual.
  • No outside food or beverages, except with prior arrangement.
  • We accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.

Physical Poker Room Terms

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The poker room is open only to individuals aged 18 or older, in accordance with Alberta regulations. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. No exceptions to the age requirement will be made, and staff may request identification at any time.

Game Rules and Conduct

All poker games are conducted in person with physical cards and chips. Players must follow the rules of the game and the instructions of the poker room staff. Cheating, collusion, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal and possible ban.

  • No electronic devices at the table.
  • No online or remote play. All poker is physical and offline.
  • Responsible play is encouraged; staff can provide information on self-exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MAPLE HEARTH ROOM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
